This honey is collected from the wild forest (Donon group of mountains) in the apiary of the hamlet of Sciotte.

The diversity of plants in the Vosges mountains: menthol, raspberry-bush, blackberry-bush, black alder, broom, epilobium...and the privileged site gives to this honey its very special flavor...
