This Rosemary Honey is collected from Hérault. It has a very delightful flavor marked with Midi sunshine...Sublime!

Characteristics:

-Pale, almost white, very lightly golden color sometimes.

-Creamy to pasty consistence.

-A bit strong and a very delightful flavor.

-Soft taste, subtle and a bit neutral.

Digestive deficiencies in general and particularly hepato-vesicular.

Cooking advices: 

From sweet-salted to not very sweet. Its flavors make this honey tonic and slightly syrupy. Because of it's from flowers it is perfect for cooking recipes with flavors from the south, porc with honey and rosemary, and Maghreb recipes.
