This Thyme Honey is from Spain. The Thyme Honey is often compared to its brothers the Savory Honey and the Wild thyme Honey and is honey with a particular flavor. Its taste stays a good while in the mouth. This Honey has the oldest melliferous name known in Europe. The same subtle and delicious taste of Garrigue Honey is also found in the Thyme.
