Consumption:

The recommended cure is 2 jars of 250g (approximately 6 weeks) 2 to 3 times a year.
Take 1 tablespoon during breakfast for an adult (1 teaspoon for a child from 2 to 12 years old). Pollen eaten with
fresh fruit or in a compote. You can consume it throughout the year if you feel the need ...

Conservation:

Fresh pollen can be stored in the refrigerator and freezer / freezer. Pour the equivalent of 6 tablespoons of Pollen
in a bowl that you will place in the refrigerator. Do not cover it tightly. Put the rest of the jar back in the freezer.
Do this throughout the treatment.
Unopened jars can be stored in freezing.

The risks associated with the freezing / thawing phenomenon are non-existent because the pollen balls do not contain any
pathogenic bacterial flora. On the other hand, pollen grains are cells with very low water content (about 8%).
This water content is not sufficient to burst the cells during freezing and thawing, there is no flow of juice,
nor rapid oxidation due to the deterioration of the membranes.


Delivery :

For transport, frozen pollen is packaged in specific oxygen-free packaging.

The almost total absence of oxygen (less than 0.01%) allows the pollen to be stored for several days without fresh air.

Thanks to this process, the integrity of the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the pollen are maintained.

To avoid stagnation of Fresh Pollen at the carrier on weekends.

Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed until Thursday 3:00 p.m. will be delivered on
Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the latest.
Orders placed on Thursday after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped from Monday of the following week.
No delivery will be made on Monday and Sunday, as well as on public holidays and the day after public holidays.
