Description :

This heath honey is collected from the sunshining hills of Cévennes.

The origin (Lozère) and the quality of this product is certified by Guy Steininger.

Characteristics:

-Dark brown slightly red.

-Very thick syrupy consistence.

-Very strong scent.

-Strong taste of caramel, slightly bitter.

-Very rich with minerals.

A very particular honey in great request and often used to make spicy bread and gives it a special flavor.

Specific features:

-Anti-anaemia.

-Diuretic and urinary chords antiseptic.

-Remineralizing and dynamogenic.

More indications:

-Some types of anaemia.

-Urinary affection in general, and use in diet for severe kidney deficiency.

-Deminiralization (particularly for old people affected by osteoporosis) and asthenia in general (specially medical and surgical recovery and also tiredness senescence).

Cooking advices:

To taste with spicy slice bread. The Heath Honey goes well with all sweet-salted cooking recipes.
